Very sweet and high fat! Check out the alternatives if you want a quality bar.

The saving grace is the fact that they are nice and cheap! 24 high calorie bars for £16-17 isn't bad at all.

These are okay for bulking, about 500 calories in a bar if I remember right, but only 15 grams of protein. Taste is exactly what you would expect from a flapjack, not bad.

I'm going to be trying the animal snak bars instead of these in the future.
