Reflex Nutrition's Micellar Casein provides a lengthy release of amino acids because of its unique digestibility. It forms a gel in the stomach, slowing the transit time in the digestive system thus slowing the digestion of the protein.

Very palatable taste, like angel delight (especially the strawberry) when made up with milk rather than water. Doesn't keep you as full as long as propeptide so better for use during the day I think.
