Peptide Fusion is an equal split of Micellar Casein, Egg White Isolate and whey protein with all protein fractions present and proven in the laboratory. Proteins that will both switch on protein synthesis and limit muscle breakdown.

I'm 22, and ive been training for 2 years now and ive kept it lean while building up.

After trying loads of different proteins, this is definately my favourite. The fact it also contains the top notch protein sources and is not made just from example, just whey, means it has the slow release benefits of casein and the quality protein of egg white and whey. Overall a good protein from a quality brand.

Ive never tried this in any other flavour except chocolate as in my opinion any other flavour on other products tends to taste RANK, as far as protein shakes go, this aint half bad tasting either.

On the other hand, my flatmate insists on using Sci MX Lean Grow, which is pretty good but i just dont feel the gains, plus hes a skinny little b*****d!

this is 100% amazing i found strawberry the best mixes will move from usn and sci mx to this probably the best stuff for performance and taste

Just had my first one of these so cant tell you about performance benefit.
All i can say is that it tastes really really bad. I've got the chocolate one and it tastes like dirt, i dunno what chocolate it was based on but I've never tasted anything chocolate flavored that tastes like this.
Secondly it does not mix! followed the instructions, shook it longer than i usually do for my other protein shake, still loads of large bits. Added a bit more water, continued shaking and no joy!
I now have to work my way through a massive tub of this rank stuff!
