Loading phase: For the first 5 days of use, take one serving 4 times daily. Thereafter, use as follows:

does everything creatine should do. makes ya feel like busting out more reps and sets. and from my experience creatine doesnt mix well with aqnything probably because its not ment to its just ment to be taken with something to get it inside you quicker.

Pure creatine monohydrate does what it says no the tin worked great for me down side its a bit hard to swallow doesnt mix very well

works well however my only problem was it doesnt dissolve in your drink, makes for a gritty mouth. if you can put up with that, which i can, get it.
