I have taken other forms of slow digesting proteins and have to say that the taste on this one is the best, better than Pro-peptide & dymatize Elite 12 Hour, in regards to the quality of the protein, i have been taking it for 2 weeks and it a good basic slow digesting protein around 6 hours max, i do prefer dymatize as its a little cheaper and is released over 12 hours not 6 hours! or pro-peptide as its the best on the market for its cold pressed process on the proteins. overall not bad at all on taste and quality i'd give it 7/10 with dymatize elite 12 hour at 8/10 and pro-peptide 9/10.
