Add two heaped scoops to 300 - 350ml of cold water in a hand held shaker and shake for 30 seconds.

Allow to settle for around 45 seconds before drinking. Have 2-3 servings daily. Servings may be halved.

Great product. Huge amounts of protein per serving and it tastes good too. Strawberry one tastes like Angel Delight! Perhaps a bit sweet for some people but given the price, the amount of protein in it and the nice creamy shake that it makes (even with water), you can't really go wrong. Great one for bedtime too due to the Casein. Well worth it.

I have just finished my first tub of IGF-1. It has lasted around three weeks. In that three weeks I beat my PB on the bench press twice. I take it in conjunction with CLA1000 and a good high protein balanced diet. Chocolate cream tastes great and the Casein in it is great for bedtime. just ordered my second tub. Thoroughly recommended.
