I'll do my best to put it in layman's terms. cAMP is an important messenger used to transfer signals between cells. It transfers the effects of hormones such as glucagon and adrenaline, which cannot pass through cell membranes. Its jobs include the regulation of glycogen, sugar, and lipid metabolism (it helps burn fat!).[3]

cAMP is produced by the ever-important ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) when a lot of energy is required. Every cell in our body stores and uses energy through ATP. It is the energy currency. Obviously, weightlifting requires a ready supply of easily mobilized energy.

The ATP molecule is like a battery. It is generated from glucose, and water helps break it down into usable energy. When extra energy is needed, cAMP is made from the extra Phosphate group (one of the 3 P's in the triPhosphate).

Put simply, cAMP = great for energy requirements and fat burning.

i have to tell u guys,,dont put a lot o reviews but,,this is the best supplement i tried so far,,i used just one week,,mixed with jack3d,and top it up with bcaa,,my muscle is harder all ready my work out last 2hours without getting bored,,,i feel great all day,,,no side effect(yet lol)i would ceep it in secret coz its that gud!!!!

been using PM for one week taking 6 on training days and 4 on off days. I have seen good results, muscle hardness and density have improved noticably. Cannot decide whether the increased libido is good thing or its annoying, but either way huge increase in libido. PM has also increased my size, with sideaffects though, i have gotten stretchmarks on my arms, around my chest, on my glutes, and even on parts of my legs. However i feel this is just because i am cursed with 'unstretchy' skin! besides the stretchmarks are a minor setback, and are only there because i have gained in size! another minor drawback is oily skin, however this is easily corrected by having 3 showers a day instead of 2.
To sum it up, PM is a great product and does exactly what it says it will, however week 1 shows little improvement, so be patient.

Loved PM! Finished first bottle yesterday and my results are off the hook. Don't get me wrong I worked my arse off in the gym, but I gained 5lbs of hard muscle in a month! Never even heard of that before! Grab a bottle of this and get yoked!
