Each serving of Serious Mass contains 1250 serious calories derived primarily from protein sparing complex carbohydrates and a high quality protein blend consisting of Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, and Egg albumen. Recommend Use

Add two heaping scoops of serious muscle mass to a large blender filled with 2-4 fl. oz. of cold water or milk. If desired, add ice and other ingredients (see below for suggestions), cover and blend on a high speed for 45-60 seconds – or until thoroughly mixed.
