Sci-MX Mass System is a high calorie/high carb version of the original Lean Grow MRF formulation, designed for use by those with a high training intensity or those wishing to gain muscle mass.
Consisting of Sci-MX's original protein blend, the product also offers high levels of BCCA's and glutamine, and 100 grams of carbohydrates per serving. The carbohydrate blend consists primarily of high quality maltodextrin sourced from natural corn, and a small amount of fructose (fruit sugar) which has shown to replace hepatic (liver) glycogen without spiking insulin.
This product is designed for people who find it hard to gain mass (“hard gainers”) and pick up weight, as well as people that need high carbohydrate meals throughout the day or after a strenuous strength or endurance training session.
Carbohydrates are often referred to as being “protein sparing” or “muscle sparing" because your body can burn carbohydrates as energy before it resorts to burning protein or even muscle tissue for energy. Having enough carbohydrates in the body will help prevent athletes and weight lifters from losing muscle unnecessarily. This factor is the reason why Mass System is a must for people with a fast metabolism who normally struggle to gain weight and build muscle, or for those who just want to pack on as much muscle as possible – fast!

Suggested Use: Sci-Mx Mass SystemAdd three rounded scoops to 450-500 ml of cold water (depending on individual preference). Blend or shake in a hand held shaker for 30 seconds.
