I've been working out with this product for 5 years this stuff works yeah the taste is something you have to get use to just pick a favor you like me Gourmet Vanilla and as for bad taste everything that is good for you taste bad from vegetables to medicine so if you want to look good think positive.. Philly's own STAYFLY

like taz said is very very sickly, they say 2 soops per serving! i cant even manage 1 mixed with a pint of water.

Vanilla is horrible, way too sickly and like drinking a fat vanilla ice cream!

sounds nice but trust me you can suffer a few gulps but drinking a pint of it at least twice a day is a no go!

On the other hand i ordered 2 (one in vanilla the other in chocolate) for both me and my mate and the chocolate is a lot better, still sickly but bearable compared to vanilla.

overall i would not really recommend but if your gonna go for it then Rich Choc all the way!

I cut the serving size down and this still provides a good weight gaining meal. Good value in terms of how much you get for you money. Taste is OK but it gets the job done for me.
